We work strictly by appointment. Appointments can be made by either email, telephone or complete the form below (refer to form layout below). We ask a consultation fee of R250 which is payable in advance by EFT to secure booking (banking details will be provided upon booking). Appointments are between 1½ - 2 hrs long and you can fit as many dresses as time allows. Cancellations/Re-scheduling of appointment will only be accepted 36 hours before your booking and should be emailed to info@crystalbrides.co.za. Consultation refunds will only be issued if cancelled/re-scheduled in time.

Appointments are scheduled to ensure our clients are given 100% of our attention in the search for the perfect gown. Because your wedding dress purchase is a once in a lifetime event, you deserve the time and our full attention and a relaxing experience.

At your appointment we will discuss your event in more detail, fit on some of our sample dresses and receive professional, honest advice with regards to the best styles of dresses to suit your body shape, skin tone, personality and your event theme.
